Sandra or Sandi as she is dearly known is a 22years of service retired veteran of the US Navy. She obtained her real estate license in 2012 and went on to open Promiseland Properties LLC in 2016. She is licensed in the states of Florida and Georgia and works in just about any state through trusted partnerships,  but before answering what she wholeheartedly believes is her real estate calling from God; Sandi studied Criminal Justice and began a career in law enforcement in 2006. After a few years of service; she resigned as an Officer in 2011 to answer the call to serve and protect buyers and sellers throughout their endeavors to acquire or dispose of housing; as well as providing collaborated benefit services to honor our past/present veterans alongside other professional heroes. Her despise for greed has disciplined her only to recommend organizations she has proven to be trustworthy; which is one of the reasons, Sandra is by far one of the top "Most Trusted" agents in her field; as her clients and friends will attest. She is also known for putting her clients FIRST without being commission driven and expresses her gratitude to God for her gifts by blessing college students each quarter and volunteering events that fosters community advocacy
