Keeping Promises

Beverly Litchmore and her husband holds the position in our Promiseland family as HONORARY  PROMISE-KEYPER. For three years Beverly would be a voice in my ear; speaking into existence that whenever I opened my own brokerage, she would be my first home buyer.  She simply had faith and I jokingly agreed as usual not knowing that I would actually open my own brokerage. Well, Beverly kept that promise to herself and to me.  I began to hear the call and opened my own brokerage (PLP) in May, 2016. During that same time-frame Beverly decided not to renew her lease and was finally  in position to buy. She was indeed my very first  buyer of a beautiful 4 bedroom 2 bathroom pool home. It wasn't easy as the market stood in favor of sellers, but we kept the faith contract after contract; finally getting the home that was meant to be hers.  Bev was so inspired by the experience; she volunteered to work for FREE in my office as the business grew.  She has gone on to follow her career as a nursing manager and I am so proud of her.  I  will never forget her faith, kindness and patron to me as a young broker/owner and for that she will always be family at  PLP.
